 Mookallenia (Mook) Freel is a non-binary animator and illustrator. They grew up in Braintree, Massachusetts where they found a passion for character-related art and  visual storytelling, and ended up pursuing a BFA in Animation at Massachusetts College of Art and Design (2023). 

Mook has spent several summers as a camp counselor at different camps across Massachusetts teaching drawing and stop motion animation, including URJ Eisner Camp and Derby Arts Academy. They have a love for teaching and encouraging younger artists to follow their passions. 

They enjoy experimenting with character animation, color, and different textures in their work. Their goal as an animator is to create their own indie animated series.
